VIRGIN RED REWARDS WORLD ELITE MASTERCARD® REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS (“CREDIT REWARDS TERMS”)

By opening a Virgin Red Rewards World Elite Mastercard (“Virgin Red Rewards Mastercard”), you hereby agree to be bound by these Credit Rewards Terms. In addition, you acknowledge that you are a resident in the United States of America and you have previously enrolled in the Virgin Red membership program (the “Rewards Program”), or if you have not, you will enroll in the Rewards Program, and agree to be bound by the Rewards Program terms and conditions (“Rewards Program Terms”), which are available at https://www.virgin.com/en-us/virgin-red/terms-and-conditions. Your Rewards Program membership account (“Rewards Program Account") must be connected to your Virgin Red Rewards Mastercard account (“Card Account”) in order to accumulate and redeem the points earned with your Virgin Red Rewards Mastercard. Each of the Rewards Program and Credit Rewards Terms are managed, operated and owned by Virgin Red Limited. The Virgin Red Rewards Mastercard is issued by Synchrony Bank (“Synchrony”), not by Virgin Red Limited. These Credit Rewards Terms apply in conjunction with the Card Account agreement with Synchrony and the Rewards Program Terms.

Make Purchases with your Virgin Red Rewards Mastercard and earn Virgin Points

Your Card Account will earn Virgin Points (“points”) on eligible net purchases (purchases minus credits, returns and adjustments) (each an “Eligible Purchase”) made with the Card Account (subject to available credit) by the person to whom the Card Account was issued (“Primary Accountholder” “you” or “your”) or by any authorized user using the Card Account during any billing cycle (“Statement Period”), as set forth below. Only one Card Account may be opened for each Rewards Program Account. Points earned from an Eligible Purchase made by an authorized user (“Authorized User”) will post to the Primary Accountholder's Rewards Program Account.

When Eligible Purchases are made with the Card, points are earned automatically and will post to the Primary Accountholder’s Rewards Program account as long as the Card Account is open and in good standing both at the time of the Eligible Purchase and at the end of the Statement Period during which the Eligible Purchase is made. Points earned for an Eligible Purchase will be calculated at the end of the Statement Period in which the Eligible Purchase was posted to Card Account and will post to your Rewards Program Account within 1-2 Statement Periods provided your Rewards Program Account is open. Eligible Purchases do not include balance transfers, cash advances, disputed transactions, unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, interest, finance charges and fees associated with your credit card.

Earning Virgin Points

• Virgin Purchases Eligible purchases made with the Card Account at or with Virgin Voyages, Virgin Hotels, and Virgin Atlantic will earn three points for every 1 U.S. dollar spent, rounded to the nearest point.
• Dining, Grocery and EV Charging Purchases Eligible Purchases made with the Card Account at dining establishments, grocery stores and for Electric Vehicle (EV) charging will earn two points for every 1 U.S. dollar spent rounded to the nearest point. Such Eligible Purchases will be determined by the merchant category code (the “MCC”) associated with such purchases. An MCC is a four-digit classification code that is assigned to a merchant by the merchant’s payment card network or merchant processor based on the predominant business activity of the merchant (i.e., gas station, grocery store, etc.). The merchant’s MCC will determine whether an Eligible Purchase qualifies for the 2 points reward. For example, a dining purchase at the café area of a department store may have an MCC identification as a type of merchant other than a dining establishment and therefore would not qualify as a dining purchase under these Credit Rewards Terms. Similarly, grocery purchases at a “big box” retailer (e.g., Walmart, Target, etc.) may not qualify as grocery purchases. Neither Virgin Red Limited nor Synchrony Bank assigns or has responsibility for the assignment of MCCs associated with a transaction or evaluates what MCC should be assigned to a particular merchant. Neither Virgin Red Limited nor Synchrony is responsible for awarding points for Eligible Purchases made at merchants that do not accurately report transactions using the MCC as described above.
• Select Streaming Services Eligible Purchases for select streaming services will earn two points for every 1 U.S. dollar spent rounded to the nearest point. The list of streaming services currently eligible to earn 2x points is available at virginredrewardscard.syf.com/benefitsdetails.
• All Other Purchases All other Eligible Purchases made with the Card Account, everywhere else Mastercard credit cards are accepted will earn one point for every 1 U.S. dollar spent, rounded to the nearest point.
• Bonus Points
• Anniversary Bonus: Each year in which you renew your Card Account and pay the annual fee you will automatically receive a bonus of 5,000 points. The bonus points will post to your Rewards Program Account within 1-2 Statement Periods provided your Rewards Program Account is open.
• Authorized User Bonus: For each Authorized User you add to your Card Account you will automatically receive a bonus of 2,500 bonus points, up to a maximum of four additional unique users (10,000 bonus points). The bonus points will post to your Rewards Program Account within 1-2 Statement Periods provided your Rewards Program Account is open.
• Other: From time to time, additional points may be available for certain actions or Eligible Purchases made using the Card Account and may include spending thresholds or limits, time period restrictions or other factors. Any such bonus points will be subject to the terms and conditions of such bonus rewards offer made to you in addition to these Credit Rewards Terms and the Rewards Program Terms.

Redeeming Your Virgin Points

All points earned with the Card and credited to your Rewards Program Account can only be redeemed in accordance with the Rewards Program Terms through your Rewards Program Account accessible through the Virgin Red app or by visiting virginred.com. Your Card Account must be open and in good standing when points are calculated at the end of the Statement Period during which you made an Eligible Purchase: If your Card Account is not in good standing at the end of the Statement Period, any points earned will not be posted to your Rewards Program Account until your Card Account is brought back into good standing status. When your Card Account is brought back into good standing, points will post within 1-2 Statement Periods. If your Card Account is closed for any reason before your points are calculated or credited to your Rewards Program Account, you will forfeit all points you may have earned that had not yet been credited to your Rewards Program Account.

Additional Card Account Benefits

Additional Card Account benefits are also available to you as outlined below. To see the current benefits and details as well as information on eligibility and redemption, visit virginredrewardscard.syf.com/benefitsdetails.

• The $15,000/$30,000 Spend Benefit: When cumulative Eligible Purchases of $15,000 and $30,000 post to your Card Account in a cardholder year, the Primary Accountholder will have the option to select one additional benefit per such Eligible Purchase thresholds.

• Third Night Free Hotel Benefit: One time in each cardholder year, get the third consecutive night free with the purchase of a two night stay at participating Virgin Hotels made with your Card Account.
• Flying Club Tier Points: In each monthly Statement Period for your Card Account when cumulative Eligible Purchases of $2,500 post to your Card Account you will earn 25 Virgin Atlantic Flying Club Tier Points, up to a maximum of 50 Tier Points per monthly Statement Period.

Other Conditions

The Rewards Program Terms apply to your use of Virgin Points. Accordingly, Virgin Red Limited reserves the right to change or close the Rewards Program or any aspects or features of the Rewards Program. Virgin Red Limited and Synchrony (collectively, “We”) reserve the right to cancel, modify, restrict, waive or terminate any aspects or features of these Credit Rewards Terms (including, without limitation, the number of points earned for each dollar in Eligible Purchases made with your Virgin Red Rewards Mastercard and any associated or additional benefits), at any time and without prior notice. In addition to its right to close your Rewards Program Account in response to any fraud or abuse per the Rewards Program Terms, Virgin Red Limited also reserves the right to remove any participant from the Rewards Program in the event of any fraud or abuse in connection with the Virgin Red Rewards Mastercard. You acknowledge that the points earned under these Credit Rewards Terms have no monetary value and that the points are purely promotional and are provided without the payment of any consideration or other thing of value. Unless and until points are added to your Rewards Program Account in accordance with these Credit Rewards Terms and the Rewards Program Terms, you have no right, title or interest in the points. If your Virgin Red Rewards Mastercard is closed, only the Rewards Program Terms will apply to your Rewards Program Account and not these Credit Rewards Terms. If your Rewards Program Account is closed for any reason, you will no longer accumulate points with your Virgin Red Rewards Mastercard. In the event of any conflict between these Credit Rewards Terms and the Rewards Program Terms, the Rewards Program Terms will control. Virgin Red Limited does not, under these Credit Rewards Terms or otherwise, provide, facilitate or effect introductions for the provision of credit or other financial or investment services.
